State Parking Division Sweeper Services

The Division of State Parking is seeking a qualified vendor to provide power sweeping services for all horizontal surfaces in six parking decks under its management. The services will include the removal of grime, leaves, debris, dust, and dirt. The contract term will be for one year, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms. The vendor will be required to provide a minimum of two personnel on-site for each scheduled service and ensure that personnel are properly trained in equipment operation, safety procedures, and facility awareness. • The vendor will be required to provide fully operational, high-powered vacuum sweeper trucks with working rotating brushes and functional blowers. • The vendor will be required to ensure that all surfaces are free of visible dirt, debris, and excessive dust upon completion. • The vendor will be required to report any observed damage, safety concerns, or maintenance issues during service to the Parking Operations Manager. • The vendor will be required to submit a service completion log to the Parking Operations Manager after each visit, including date, time, personnel on-site, areas serviced, and any notable observations.
