JRD Compound Heating - Ventilation - Air Conditioning & Envelope Improvements

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a contractor to provide facility repair services, including selective demolition, electric boiler installations, underground heat distribution piping replacement, HVAC controls upgrade, and electrical service equipment replacement at the Admiralty National Monument – Juneau Ranger District (ANM-JRD) USDA Forest Service Compound in Juneau, Alaska. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract, and the period of performance is from the award date to 31 December 2026. The contractor will be required to provide a Bid Bond (20%) if the total priced quote exceeds $150,000. • The contractor will be responsible for mobilization, civil site work, office building architectural, warehouse architectural, and dry storage architectural services. • The contractor will also be responsible for mechanical demolition, heating distribution system, TAB, automated logic DDC control system, startup and commissioning, site work electrical, office building electrical, warehouse building electrical, and dry storage building electrical services. • The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws and the Equal Protection principles of the U.S. Constitution. • The contractor must also comply with the requirements set forth in Executive Order 14168 and Executive Order 14173.
