Description
The City of Cincinnati is soliciting bids for the “Lower & East Price Hill LSL Branch Only Replacement” project, a water‑infrastructure upgrade funded by an OWDA loan. The contractor will furnish all materials, labor, and equipment to install new ductile‑iron and copper water mains, replace private lead service lines where homeowner agreements exist, and perform associated site work (excavation, backfill, testing, and restoration of sidewalks, driveways, and curbs). The work must commence within five calendar days of a notice to begin and be completed within 365 calendar days. A 10 % bid bond and a performance bond equal to 100 % of the contract value are required, along with compliance with Davis‑Bacon prevailing‑wage rules, M/WBE participation, and numerous insurance and certification requirements.
