The City of Flint is seeking bids for the supply of asphalt paving materials and related equipment rental to support road construction and maintenance activities for a 12‑month period. The solicitation requires detailed pricing for a range of asphalt products, tack coat, cold‑milling material, and high‑performance cold patch, as well as hourly/daily rates for rollers, flowboys, pavers, and dump trailers.
