Description
The U.S. Consulate General in Cape Town is seeking a qualified contractor to provide a firm‑fixed‑price quotation for comprehensive trenching, underground conduit and handhole installation, and the extension of thirteen existing perimeter fence posts to support new security cameras. The work includes site preparation, excavation, placement of government‑furnished conduits and handholes, back‑filling, surface reinstatement, safety management, and the provision of all contractor‑furnished materials and equipment. A mandatory site visit is required, and the contract will be awarded on a lowest‑priced technically acceptable (LPTA) basis under a Defense Base Act (DBA) insurance requirement.
