Description
The City of Coffeyville, Kansas is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors to demolish and fully remove six residential structures (including a manufactured home) and associated site work. The scope includes complete demolition, hazardous material (asbestos/transite) abatement, utility disconnection, disposal of all debris at a KDHE‑approved landfill, site grading, backfilling, and final site cleanup with seeding. Bidders must provide proof of $1 M general liability insurance, workers’ compensation, and asbestos handling certifications, and must be licensed with the City prior to work.
