The Post-wide Construction Multiple Award Task Contract (MATOC)

The U.S. Army (ACC Aberdeen Proving Ground) is seeking an 8(a) small‑business‑set‑aside contractor to provide construction services under a Post‑wide Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). The contractor will perform a wide range of construction, renovation, and repair tasks across numerous Army facilities in Maryland, must be located within 40 miles of Aberdeen Proving Ground, and will compete for task orders using a trade‑off (best‑value) evaluation. • 8(a) set‑aside, competitive RFP evaluated on Technical, Cost/Price, and Past Performance. • Work locations include APG North, APG South, Edgewood, Adelphi Laboratory Center, Van Bibber Water Treatment Center, several sites in Baltimore, Harford and Montgomery Counties. • Contractor must be within 40 mi of Aberdeen Proving Ground; NAICS 236220 (Commercial & Institutional Building Construction). • First task order will fund a “seed” project (CLIN 0002) to establish the MATOC framework. • Award contingent on appropriated funds; Government may cancel at any time.
