MH-65 CONNECTING LINK RIG

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking a contractor to provide an MH-65 Connecting Link Rig. The solicitation is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 336413. The small business size standard is 1,250 employees. The USCG anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price purchase order on a Sole Source basis to Airbus Helicopters, Inc. All parts must have clear traceability to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Airbus Helicopters, Inc. Some key points to consider: • The contractor must provide a Certificate of Conformance (COC) for all items provided on this contract. • The contractor must comply with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) guidelines to ensure safety of the aircrew. • The contractor must provide newly manufactured commercial items that meet the requirements of the solicitation. • The contractor must provide a complete and unbroken history of ownership of the parts from purchase from the approved manufacturing source until delivery to the USCG.
