Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for as-needed glass and window maintenance, repair, and replacement services at the San Angelo State Supported Living Center. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform the required services. The contract will be for a period of time to be determined, and the contractor will be required to provide services on an as-needed basis. The evaluation criteria for this bid include the bidder's experience, qualifications, and pricing. The bidder must also submit a completed and signed Exhibit A - HHS Solicitation Affirmations, Exhibit C - Pricing Sheet, and other required documents.
