SC Housing-Property Preservation Service

The State Fiscal Accountability Authority is seeking a contractor to provide property preservation services for SC Housing properties across South Carolina. The work will include routine inspections, minor repairs, code‑compliance remediation, maintenance of exterior and interior elements, and coordination with local agencies to keep properties safe and marketable. This effort supports the state’s goal of preserving affordable housing stock and preventing property deterioration. • Perform scheduled property inspections and document condition • Conduct minor repairs (e.g., roofing, siding, HVAC, plumbing) and upkeep tasks • Ensure compliance with local building, health, and safety codes • Coordinate utilities, landscaping, and debris removal as needed • Provide detailed reporting and cost tracking for each serviced unit
