Moving and Storage Services

The University of South Carolina is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive moving and storage services for all system campuses on an as-needed basis. The contractor will be placed on a Qualified Provider List (QPL) as a pre-approved source of supply. The contract will have a maximum period of 5 years, with an initial term of 1 year and options to renew for up to 4 additional years. The contractor will provide moving services, including weekday and weekend moves, additional workers, and storage services, including small, medium, and large climate-controlled storage. The contractor will also provide packing materials, such as tape, bubble wrap, and pads. • The contractor must provide a fixed price for each service, with a maximum price not to exceed the specified amount. • The contractor must have experience providing moving and storage services to large institutions or organizations. • The contractor must have a proven track record of providing high-quality services and meeting customer needs. • The contractor must be able to provide services on an as-needed basis, with flexibility to accommodate changing schedules and priorities.
