The University of South Carolina Upstate campuses are seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive preventive maintenance, adjustments, repairs, and parts replacement for all elevators on both the main and downtown campuses. The contract is structured as a five‑year agreement with an initial one‑year term and four one‑year renewal options. Five separate line items correspond to each year of service, each requiring a single “batch lot” submission.
