Description
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Keyport is seeking a qualified small‑business contractor to provide full moving and relocation services for approximately 180 workspaces within the installation. The contractor must supply labor, supervision, material‑handling equipment, and transportation to move packed boxes, safes, cabinets, printers, water coolers, and assorted items from Building 1 to Building 894 over a single five‑day window, completing all work within 45 calendar days of award. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, set‑aside for small businesses, and requires compliance with Service‑Contract‑Labor‑Standards, CMMC Level 1, and all applicable security and environmental regulations.
• Move 180 personnel workspaces, 950 government‑provided boxes, 6 safes, 12 cabinets, 2 printers, water coolers, whiteboards, etc.
• Perform packing, transport, loading, unloading, and positioning on‑site; government staff pack and label boxes.
• Provide all labor, supervision, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material‑handling equipment; no packing of computers or hazardous materials.
• Must finish the move within five consecutive weekdays (7 am–5 pm) and overall within 45 days of award; FOB Destination pricing; must meet SBA small‑business set‑aside criteria.
