The Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) at Keyport is seeking a small‑business contractor to insulate and weather‑proof an outdoor run of approximately 75‑100 ft of 2‑inch copper pipe associated with the West Something Tank Farm (WSTF). The work requires full‑coverage thermal insulation (fiberglass or closed‑cell elastomeric) with an aluminum all‑weather jacket, protection of an existing electrical heat‑trace system, and verification/repair of the heat‑trace integrity. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, small‑business set‑aside (100 % for HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, 8(a) etc.), with a 35‑day performance window after award, FOB‑destination delivery, and mandatory CMMC Level 1 compliance.
