Description
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is seeking a contractor to furnish and install loop detector sensors in Berks County. The project location is at Ben Franklin Hwy & Old Airport Rd, and Ben Franklin Hwy and Monocacy Creek in Amity Twp. The contractor will be responsible for providing the necessary materials and labor to complete the project. The project duration is from the executed PO to December 31, 2026.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable Pennsylvania state labor and workplace safety laws.
• The contractor must certify that they are in compliance with Pennsylvania’s Unemployment Compensation Law, Workers’ Compensation Law, and all applicable Pennsylvania state labor and workforce safety laws.
• The contractor must report any change in their compliance status to the Purchasing Agency immediately.
• The contractor must provide a certification form signed by an authorized official.
