Brookland-Lakeview Empowerment Center (BLEC) is seeking qualified contractors to upgrade and expand its video surveillance infrastructure at its West Columbia campus. The scope includes installing 53 fixed 4K cameras, six PTZ cameras, three video recorders, associated network equipment, cabling, and providing training for staff. Proposals must be submitted by the end of December 2026. This project will modernize the facility’s security monitoring capabilities. • Install 53 fixed 4K resolution cameras and six PTZ cameras throughout interior and exterior areas. • Provide three new video recording units, network switches, cabling, and related infrastructure. • Deliver installation services, system integration, and training for BLEC personnel. • Submit proposals via email, hand‑delivery, or mail to Dr. Cindye Richburg Cotton at the address provided.
