Description
The State Water Resources Control Board is looking for approximately 3,452 square feet of office space in the City of Bakersfield, plus parking spaces. The building must meet certain requirements, including being asbestos hazard-free, accommodating state plans and codes, and being close to public transportation. The state will give preference to buildings that demonstrate LEED or Energy Star compliance. The successful bidder will be required to provide office space that meets these requirements.
