RFP for Custodial Services

The Durand Area Schools is seeking a qualified contractor to provide custodial services for its facilities. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary management, supervision, supplies, equipment, and services to maintain the schools' cleanliness and safety. The contract will be for an initial one-year term, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. The contractor will be required to provide a range of services, including daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and maintenance of the facilities. The proposal should also include a detailed pricing structure, including all costs associated with providing the services.
