Description
The Coastal Bend Bays & Estuaries Program is seeking Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualification from professional environmental consulting firms to assist with performing environmental services. The selected firms will be pre-approved to provide services on various projects over a five-year period, with the possibility for subsequent renewal. The services include environmental permitting, wetland regulatory compliance, environmental investigations, and geospatial technology services and surveying.
• Environmental Permitting: Clean Water Act (CWA) Section 404 and 401, Endangered Species Act, National Historic Preservation Act, etc.
• Wetland Regulatory Compliance: Jurisdictional wetland boundary delineation, permit preparation and modification, NEPA documentation, etc.
• Environmental Investigations: Wetland, estuarine marsh, and seagrass evaluation and mapping, rare/endangered plant surveys, etc.
• Geospatial Technology Services and Surveying: Environmental resource mapping and data analysis, UAS data integration and mapping, satellite imagery analysis and data extraction, etc.
