The Mid-Kings River Groundwater Sustainability Agency is seeking a consultant to provide services to facilitate well mitigation activities within the agency's area. The scope of work includes developing and implementing well mitigation activities, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal requirements, and providing emergency and long-term water to impacted households. The consultant will also be responsible for evaluating well mitigation applications, obtaining bids from contractors, and overseeing the work of the selected mitigation contractor.
