The Idaho Transportation Department (District 4) is seeking a single, brand‑new Asphalt Distributor Trailer that meets detailed technical specifications, includes full manufacturer documentation, on‑site training, and a minimum 18‑month warranty. The contractor must be an authorized distributor/manufacturer, deliver the trailer FOB destination within 180 calendar days of order receipt, and provide all required manuals and insurance. The award will be made to the lowest‑priced, responsive and responsible vendor.
• 1,000‑gal double‑walled aluminum tank, 13 HP Honda power unit, diesel‑burner heating system, 14‑ft spray bar, LED lighting, and full safety placarding.
• Delivery to ITD District 4, Shoshone, ID; freight prepaid, unloading the contractor’s responsibility; delivery window Monday‑Thursday 8 am‑3 pm (excluding state holidays).
• Mandatory on‑site 4‑hour training at delivery, 18‑month warranty covering parts, labor, travel, and freight; corrective action required within 30 days of written notice.
• Submission via Idaho e‑Procurement (IPRO) with required attachments (specs, price sheet, signature page, insurance proof) by 2026‑03‑04.
