Description
The State of Louisiana, through its Office of State Procurement, is soliciting bids for a single Bucket Truck with a regular cab to be delivered to the Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD). The solicitation includes detailed specifications (Attachment B) and special terms (Attachment A). Bidders must be licensed by the Louisiana Motor Vehicle Commission, provide a dealer’s license, and submit all required documents electronically via the LaGov vendor portal by the bid opening date. Delivery is required to the DOTD Equipment Acquisitions facility in Baton Rouge, with standard delivery windows and mandatory electronic funds transfer payment terms. The contract may be extended up to two additional 12‑month periods, not exceeding a total of 36 months.
