The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking market research for an epoxy repair project at the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System in North Little Rock, Arkansas. The work involves removing non‑ADA‑compliant grab bars in a shower room, installing a ligature‑resistant grab bar, and recoating the surrounding walls with matching epoxy. The contractor must provide all labor, tools, materials, demolition, and disposal services, and complete the work within 60 days after receipt of order.
