Description
The Town of Corinth, Vermont is seeking bids for the replacement of the roof membrane and associated system components at the Corinth Town Hall. The project includes the removal and disposal of the existing roof membrane, flashing, edge metal, and trim, as well as the installation of new insulation, membrane, and flashing. The successful bidder will be required to provide a firm fixed price contract and to execute sub-agreements with subcontractors. The project is expected to start on a date to be determined by the Owner and the winning bidder, and the completion date will be per the winning bidder's schedule, or as agreed to with the Owner.
• The project includes the replacement of the existing roof membrane with a new Carlisle 60-mil Sure-Weld TPO Reinforced Membrane.
• The project includes the installation of new perimeter edge metal and flashing.
• The project includes the furnishing and installation of a layer of traction material at the roof hatch access point.
• The project includes the removal and disposal of existing roof hatch and the installation of a new 30-inch by 36-inch thermally broken aluminum curb roof hatch assembly.
