The City of Chandler is seeking a contractor to abandon the existing Aquifer Storage & Recovery (ASR) Well No. 8 and construct a replacement well (ASR‑8R) within the city’s Parks and Facilities Service Center. The work includes site layout planning, obtaining FAA permits, drilling, removal and reconstruction of a CMU wall, site grading, landscaping, and asphalt repair to ensure a safe and minimally disruptive environment for the existing facility and nearby airport. • Abandon existing ASR‑8 and drill replacement ASR‑8R at the specified cadastral location. • Provide site layout options and haul routes that limit impacts to park features and the municipal airport (FAA permits required). • Perform construction‑site restoration: CMU wall removal/re‑construction, grading, landscaping, and asphalt repair. • Coordinate all activities with the City’s procurement office and adhere to heavy‑construction (NAICS 237110) standards.
