Description
The City of Chandler seeks a qualified contractor to become the airport fuel provider for Chandler Municipal Airport. The contractor will install an above‑ground aviation fuel storage tank (minimum 12,000 gallons), integrate it with existing fueling equipment, supply 100 LL aviation fuel, provide card payment processing, and train airport staff on operation and maintenance. The City will remove the existing underground tank and will retain responsibility for ongoing operation after acceptance.
• Install a 12,000‑gallon above‑ground storage tank and connect to existing point‑of‑sale and monitoring systems.
• Supply consistent deliveries of 100 LL aviation fuel and operate a card‑payment processing system.
• Deliver training, obtain required insurance, and provide warranties (1‑year on services, 2‑years on equipment).
• Adhere to extensive insurance, indemnification, and compliance requirements (environmental, labor, anti‑boycott, etc.).
