The City of Chandler is seeking a qualified vendor to become the airport’s fuel provider, installing a new above‑ground storage tank and delivering 100 LL aviation fuel on an ongoing basis. The contractor must also integrate payment processing, provide insurance coverage, train airport staff, and negotiate a long‑term branding agreement.
• Install a minimum 12,000‑gallon above‑ground fuel storage tank and connect it to existing point‑of‑sale equipment.
• Supply 100 LL aviation fuel continuously, manage card‑payment processing, and assume liability insurance responsibilities.
• Deliver training, support, and a branding agreement for the fuel product, with the City handling tank removal and system access.
