The City of South Fulton is soliciting qualified contractors to convert selected clay tennis courts to hard‑surface courts and to provide ongoing annual maintenance, repair, resurfacing, inspection, and on‑call rehabilitation for all city‑owned outdoor tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts. The contract will begin within ten days of a Notice to Proceed and will run for an initial one‑year term with up to four one‑year renewal options. Bidders must submit a technical proposal (no pricing) and a separate cost proposal via the BidNet portal by October 15, 2026.
