BACKGROUNDTompkins County Highway contracts specific Materials and Services from local companies on an annual basis for various construction and maintenance projects. PURPOSE OF REQUEST Tompkins County Highway seeks competitive bids for various material and services for multiple construction and maintenance projects for the next 12 months. (NYS PRC# 2025013551) SELECTION CRITERIA Proposals meeting the minimum RFP requirements will be evaluated based on, but not limited to, bidder responses to criteria specific to each material and/or service. Please see the individual Material and Services specifications found in the attachments below for details, including minimum material quantities, quality standards, and policies for bidding, awards, and purchase. Each specification includes one or more Bid Form(s) with which bidders may submit their bid responses.
