This request covers temporary supplemental IT staffing services provided by OST Inc., in support of Department of Health executive staff from May 16, 2022, through September 30, 2023. The consultant provided by OST Inc. provided end user desktop support at DOH with a focus on the executive staff. The consultant's duties included: providing technical support to level 2 helpdesk staff, fulfilled end user service requests, utilized VMware to support virtual desktops, configured and installed Windows based hardware and peripherals, performed network monitoring to manage user account provisioning and troubleshooting, assisted in managing asset inventory, and performed installation and support function for MS Office Suite in an enterprise environment. Future consultant services beyond 9/30/2023 will be procured through the Hourly-Based Information Technology Services (Statewide) (HBITS).
