The State Highway Administration is seeking a vendor to provide Getac OTMO laptops to replace antiquated laptops. The direction from leadership is to move towards one laptop as an office, and they have had good success with the V410's in their division. The first phase of this project will be for the Eastern Region Patrol Area, and they will be using their funding to purchase. The vendor must be an authorized reseller for the manufacturer and provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid. • The project includes replacing laptops for the patrol field staff and eventually the rest of the office. • The vendor must provide new and unused equipment. • The vendor must not impose a restocking fee if an item is returned due to damage or incorrect product shipped. • The vendor must provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP. • The vendor must include a Mercury Affidavit if applicable.
