City Hall East Wing Renovation

The City of Sweet Home is seeking proposals from qualified design-build firms to renovate the East Wing of City Hall for occupancy by the Community Services Consortium (CSC). The project involves converting an unfinished section of the building into fully functional, ADA-compliant office and service space. The selected firm will be responsible for both the design and construction phases, with strong preference given to teams willing to supervise and integrate CSC workforce program participants into applicable parts of the project. Key aspects of the project include: • Installation of new, independent ADA-compliant entrance • Repouring and restriping of parking lot • Installation of ADA-compliant bathrooms and kitchenette • Installation of ceiling tiles, floor finish, and additional HVAC • Replacement of at least one window to ensure egress in compliance with commercial code • Necessary electrical upgrades The City anticipates construction will occur on the timeline outlined in the scope of work and is committed to selecting a partner that can deliver a high-quality, cost-effective solution aligned with community values.
