EFIS, Gutter and Downspout Repairs/Walton Co. Gov't Building

The Walton County Board of Commissioners is seeking a qualified contractor to repair and/or upgrade the Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS), gutters, and downspouts at the Walton County Government Building. The scope of work includes installing a high-impact mesh reinforcement system, repairing failed gutters and downspouts, addressing damaged EIFS areas, and applying a hydrophobic water-repellent coating. The contractor must attend a mandatory pre-proposal conference and provide a bid bond, performance bond, and payment bond. The contract will be awarded based on the highest and best interest of Walton County. • The project requires a minimum 24-month leak-free warranty for gutter and downspout repairs. • The contractor must provide proof of general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. • The contractor must submit a contractor affidavit verifying compliance with the Federal Work Authorization Program (E-Verify). • The contractor must provide a detailed pricing proposal, references, and proof of insurance.
