The USDA Forest Service is issuing a firm‑fixed‑price, small‑business set‑aside IFB for the repair, renovation, and limited new construction of multiple government‑owned barracks and support facilities within the Inyo National Forest, California. The work includes extensive painting (interior & exterior), roof replacement, siding repairs, window and door replacements, flooring upgrades, utility (water, sewer, electrical) installations for new trailer pads, and various specialty tasks such as pest‑exclusion measures and structural inspections. The contract is estimated at $1‑$5 million, will be awarded to one qualified contractor, and will span a three‑year performance period.
