Description
The USDA Forest Service is seeking a small‑business contractor to replace, repair, and service garage‑bay doors at two Flagstaff, Arizona facilities (Flagstaff Ranger Station – Peaks, and Mormon Lake Work Center – MLWC). The work includes full door replacements, lubrication, seal‑strip installation, and installation of insulated glass windows on select doors, all to be completed within a 90‑day performance period.
• Replace three doors at Peaks and four doors at MLWC (full replacement).
• Service eight doors at Peaks (lubrication, new flexible seal strips).
• Perform parts replacement on three doors at Peaks before service.
• Install 24” × 12” clear insulated glass windows on selected doors.
• Provide weekly progress reports, operation & maintenance manuals, warranties, and meet all applicable building, fire, and safety codes.
