Description
The State of Maryland’s Department of Natural Resources is seeking a qualified contractor to replace entry doors and perform stabilization repairs on three existing structures at the Swanson Creek Wildlife Management Area (6035, 6200, and 6250 Nana Drive, Hughesville, MD). The contract includes all labor, materials, equipment, insurance, and related costs. Work will involve removal of existing doors, installation of new doors to meet current code and security standards, and any necessary structural repairs to ensure door frames and surrounding walls are stabilized.
