Forest Wide Decommissioning Project

The U.S. Forest Service is seeking a qualified contractor to de‑commission multiple under‑utilized recreation sites within the Tonto National Forest, Arizona. Work includes demolition and safe removal of entry stations, toilet buildings, vault toilets, septic systems, fish‑cleaning stations, asphalt pavement, concrete pads, sidewalks, wheel‑stops, and associated utilities, followed by back‑filling, site grading, and restoration to natural conditions. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price, with a 150‑day performance window after notice to proceed, and requires performance and payment bonds, asbestos/lead testing permits, and compliance with federal and Arizona environmental regulations.
