The City of Detroit’s Office of Contracting and Procurement is seeking pre‑qualified demolition contractors to perform hazardous‑material abatement and full residential demolition for a group of properties identified as “21540 Lyndon – Demo Only.” The contract will be awarded on a lowest‑responsive‑and‑responsible‑price basis, with each property group potentially awarded to different vendors. Successful vendors must submit a detailed price sheet, professional rate schedule, and signed signature page via the Oracle Supplier Portal by the deadline. Work must be completed within 120 calendar days of receiving a Notice to Proceed, and contractors must provide performance and payment bonds for the full contract amount as well as certificates of insurance.
