Laramie County Community College is seeking a vendor to provide 25 tons of straw to be delivered, unloaded, and stacked at the college's agriculture complex. The straw should be in large bales. The college prefers Wyoming materials and agriculture products, with a 5% preference for these products. Vendors must submit their bids through the Public Purchase Online Bidding System, by email to [email protected], or by delivering them to the college. The bid should include the price per ton, and the vendor must agree to the terms and conditions of the bid.
• The bid must be submitted by July 15, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. (MT).
• The vendor must provide a written price quotation for the straw.
• The college reserves the right to inspect the straw before accepting it.
