Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a contractor to perform steam tunnel repairs at the Secondary Complex in Lansing. The project involves repairing spalls and delaminations in the concrete tunnel, replacing structural steel stanchions, and performing other related work. The contractor will be required to temporarily move and re-attach utilities that are obstructing work, and to verify the limits of all delaminations and spalls using a sounding tool. The project is expected to be substantially complete by January 2027.
