The Summit County Facilities Maintenance Department is seeking a qualified contractor to restore the historic brick masonry and sandstone capstone system at the front entry of the Old Courthouse in Breckenridge, CO. The work includes careful demolition, reuse of existing glazed brick and sandstone capstones, construction of a new CMU void structure, application of waterproofing, flashing, weep system installation, cleaning, sealing, and a one‑year warranty. The contractor must manage permits, provide field verification, protect existing infrastructure, and handle daily site cleanup and post‑project warranty obligations.
