Request for Quotes – Annual Pricing for Spears Sewer Disconnect Plunger (4-Inch)

Dorchester County Water & Sewer is soliciting quotes from qualified vendors to provide Spears Sewer Disconnect Plungers (4-inch) on an as-needed basis. The intent of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to establish annual pricing for the specified item to support routine maintenance and operational needs. The material shall be delivered to the County’s designated facility as orders are placed. Key points to consider: • The County reserves the right to award to one or multiple vendors if deemed to be in the best interest of the County. • Deliveries will be ordered intermittently during the contract term, and historical usage information is provided for reference only. • The successful bidder shall procure, maintain, and provide proof of insurance coverage for injuries to persons and/or property damage. • The County reserves the right to make any changes to this RFQ, or to reject any and all quotes, or parts of any and all quotes.
