Description
The City of Kenner is seeking a qualified contractor to replace the roof of the Buddy Lawson Gymnasium. The scope includes full removal of the existing P.E.M.B roofing system, temporary TPO covering, insulation, and metal mesh, followed by installation of a new standing‑seam metal roof, insulation liner, metal gutters, downspouts, and aluminum boots. An alternate scope allows for exterior wall repairs. Bidders must hold a Louisiana Contractor’s license in Building Construction Classification and submit sealed bids by the deadline.
