Description
The 366 TRS has a requirement for forty (40) anodized aluminum climbers with bottom straps, forty (40) padded hook and loop pads, and forty (40) magnetic heavy duty gaff guards. The equipment must be compatible with utility pole climbers and meet specific technical requirements. The contract will be awarded to the vendor whose quote represents the best value to the Government, considering factors such as technical capability, price, delivery terms, and past performance.
