Description
Luzerne County is seeking proposals from qualified companies for the Crestwood Industrial Park Drainage Improvements project. The project includes drainage maintenance and improvements to Crestwood Industrial Park, including pipe replacement, new endwalls/end sections, shoulder cutbacks, new guide rail, erosion control measures, swale grading, shoulder stabilization, pavement restoration, and line painting.
• The project requires a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and acceptable surety in the amount of 10% of the Total Bid of construction.
• The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner.
• Bidders must be PennDOT prequalified as a Prime Contractor and ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against on the basis of their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin in employment or the provision of services.
