Description
The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is seeking bids for the removal and replacement of asphalt and concrete apron at the Craig Warehouse Parking Lot. The project includes demolition, excavation, subgrade preparation, installation of geogrid, compacted aggregate base course, asphalt paving, and concrete work. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the project. The project is expected to be completed within 60 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
• The project includes the following key components:
• Demolition and removal of existing concrete apron and asphalt
• Excavation and subgrade preparation
• Installation of geogrid and compacted aggregate base course
• Asphalt paving and striping
• Concrete work, including the installation of a 6-inch concrete apron and a 4-inch reinforced concrete sidewalk
• Backlot grading for drainage with native material
• Installation of a new cantilever gate for entrance, 6 feet high
