Description
The University of Central Oklahoma is seeking a qualified contractor to replace approximately 26,000 sf of flat roofing on its Wellness Center using a fully‑adhered 115 mil TPO membrane. The work is limited to flat roofs only; shingle‑roofed portions are excluded. Scope includes cleaning and preparing the existing modified‑bitumen membrane for overlay, installing new TPO, flashing, pipe boots, walk pads, metal counter‑flashing, parapet‑cap treatment, and replacement of 28 roof‑drain domes/strainers with bolt kits. The contract is a lump‑sum sealed‑bid with a 5 % bid security, and the project must be substantially completed within 81 calendar days after mobilization (by 31 July 2026) with final completion 30 days thereafter.
