Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking reagents compatible with the Rhapsody high-throughput (HT) microwell system for simultaneous single-nuclei sequencing (whole transcriptome) and single-nuclei ATAC-seq with the ability to multiplex nuclei samples (sample tags) from porcine samples.
The key requirements of the project include:
• Meeting or exceeding all salient characteristics of the product as specified in the solicitation
• Including sufficient descriptive literature or documentation to demonstrate how the proposed product meets or exceeds the required salient characteristics
• Being available for delivery within the timeframe specified in the solicitation
• Complying with all applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws and the Equal Protection principles of the U.S. Constitution
