Description
The Register of Wills is seeking a contractor to provide help desk, application, and system support services. The contractor will be responsible for providing IT expertise services, including computer programming, network engineering, and help desk support. The contractor will also be required to assemble a staff to fulfill the following roles: Computer Programmer, Senior; Network Engineer, Senior; and Help Desk Specialist. The contract will be for a period of five years, with one five-year renewal option.
• Key responsibilities include:
• Providing IT systems, hardware, and software support and maintenance for ROW IT existing systems
• Performing break-fix of identified IT issues
• Providing support, management, and installation services for desktop and server operating systems
• Developing and leading the design, installation, configuration, and operation of the replication process for a disaster recovery site implementation
• Conducting performance measurements and analysis leading to recommendations for improving network performance
• Troubleshooting existing code using standard practices
• Participating in regular team planning meetings to receive tasks and provide status
