Description
The State of Mississippi, Department of Finance and Administration, is seeking proposals from manufacturers for a nonexclusive, negotiated contract for panel systems and related components. The contract will be effective from November 1st to October 31st. Manufacturers must provide a comprehensive line of panel systems and related components, including modular panels, work surfaces, overhead storage, and other accessories. The proposal must include a signed letter, a dealers' list, a price list spreadsheet, an internal catalog spreadsheet, and a purchase summary. The contract will be awarded to manufacturers that submit competitive prices and comply with the format and guidelines.
• The contract term is one year with no renewal periods.
• Pricing must be firm for a 12-month period.
• The State requires electronic submission of invoices and payments.
• Manufacturers must comply with the State of Mississippi's Standard Terms and Conditions.
